The Mission

Guide the ethical development of our AI technologies. You will develop frameworks and policies to ensure fairness, transparency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop internal AI ethics guidelines.
  • Audit models for bias and safety risks.
  • Advise on regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, etc.).
  • Educate teams on responsible AI practices.

Requirements

  • Background in Ethics, Law, or Philosophy of Tech.
  • Understanding of AI/ML technical concepts.
  • Experience in policy making or compliance.
  • Strong advocacy and communication skills.
