AI Research Engineer

Full-time Remote / On-site $120k - $160k

The Mission

As an AI Research Engineer, you will push the boundaries of what is possible with Generative AI. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement novel deep learning architectures.
  • Optimize model performance for production.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest NLP/CV research.
  • Collaborate to integrate AI models into scalable products.

Requirements

  • MS/PhD in CS, AI, or related field.
  • 3+ years with PyTorch/TensorFlow.
  • Strong math background (probability, linear algebra).
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
